Jugendliche, die unbegleitet nach Deutschland eingereist sind und die keine Sorge- bzw. Erziehungsberechtigten in Deutschland haben.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das Clearing dient dazu, m\u00f6glichst umfangreiche Informationen \u00fcber den jungen Menschen zu ermitteln, \u00fcber Herkunft, pers\u00f6nliche Lebensumst\u00e4nde, Fluchtgr\u00fcnde und Fluchtweg, sowie eine Einsch\u00e4tzung \u00fcber die psychische Belastung des jungen Menschen zu erlangen, Hinweise auf eine m\u00f6gliche Traumatisierung zu identifizieren und Ressourcen und notwendige Unterst\u00fctzungsbedarfe zu erkennen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mit dem Clearing von PUNKT erh\u00e4lt der junge Mensch, der Vormund und das Jugendamt, Klarheiten in Bezug auf den weiteren Jugendhilfebedarf um einegeeignete Hilfe bedarfsgerecht im Rahmen des Hilfeplanverfahrens
